Morana is among the 25 best in Brazil

Morana has just conquered one more award for its engagement as a franchiser in Brazil. The female accessories chain of Grupo Ornatus was one of the winners of the 4th edition of the “Top 25 of the Brazilian Franchising” seal promoted by Grupo Bittencourt this Tuesday, the 3rd, in the Capital of São Paulo, during the 8th International Forum of Business Franchising Chain Management.

This year, the theme of the event was: “Purpose that actually engages”, and according to the organizers, the objective was to highlight the actions of franchisers, which applied to their goals the most as a way of engagement. “Our purpose was to highlight the 25 franchising companies, which applied the essence and the origin of the brand to the business”, Claudia Bittencourt said.

The award

Between April and July this year, Grupo Bittencourt carried a study out in two stages. In the first, more than 140 franchisers answered an on-line questionnaire, in which 50 of them were selected for the second stage of the study. In the second, these 50 franchisers indicated one franchisee and one professional from the franchiser to give opinion about the perception of the daily application of the theme.

The answers from the two stages were assessed by a committee of specialists, among them, Claudia Bittencourt, general director of Grupo Bittencourt; Marcos Gouvêa de Souza, general director of Grupo GS&; and Jaime Troiano, president of TroianoBranding, who selected the 25 companies, which stood out in the proposed theme “Engagement by purpose”.
